Donation Requests
Giving back matters to us, especially when it supports local organizations connected to craft, culture, and community.
Before you apply
We receive many donation requests and review them through one shared process. Please read the guidelines below before submitting your request.
- Donation requests must be submitted through this form. We are not able to review requests by phone, in person, social media, or email.
- Requests must come from registered nonprofit organizations. We do not donate to individuals or personal fundraisers.
- Your organization or event must be located in Ohio.
- Requests must be submitted at least one month before the event date. We cannot grant last-minute requests.
- We are not able to donate to political candidates, political organizations, or political causes.
- We do not donate directly to religious organizations or religious causes. Community-focused events may be considered if they support the broader public.
- Approved donations must be picked up at Alematic: 6182 Chambersburg Rd., Huber Heights, OH 45424.
- Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation. If we are able to fulfill your request, we’ll be in touch.
